Intro to Baby Emblems

Well, I had hoped that my website would be live by now, but it takes alot more than I ever really thought to build a professional looking website. Luckilly I have a wonderful Brother-in-law who has taken over for me and is going to make it perfect!

In the meantime, I'm getting WAY too excited to wait, so I will begin with a blog.

Here's a short history (since that's all there really is... a short history) of how Baby Emblems came about...

Even though I didn't realize it, Baby Emblems has been in the works for about 3 years. It all began at a baby shower for my cousin. She had a girl, so she got TONS of bows and headbands. I sat there thinking "there's got to be a better way than to have 50 different headbands just so the flower or bow can be different". (I am one of those who needs a different necklace for every outfit...) Immediately I sat down and figured out a way to make the flowers or bows detachable and interchangeable. Over the years, I have perfected them to make them the wonderful "Baby Blossoms" that they are today. I have found a love for making baby accessories, and have continued to add to my list of great baby items. So, here we are now. My plans are to build up the website and in a couple of years, open an infant store up here in Providence. Shortly after (or maybe at the same time) I want to launch my own children's clothing line as well, but that may be a little more difficult! For now, I will start small and work my way up!

Right now my inventory consists of: Baby Blossoms Hair Bands, Baby Shades, the cutest binki clips ever, Cuddle Me Carriers, and the Crayon Caddy.

(Pictures and descriptions coming soon!!)

I am launching the company with a boutique on Saturday the 25th for anyone who is interested in seeing these super cute baby items in person.
